We intend to share regular updates from My WI on this blog but to access the content you will need to make sure you register first.

Menu of the Month – January

Did you know our very own Chloe Edges was commissioned to write the My WI January Menu of the Month?

The theme was Christmas/New Year leftovers and Chloe came up with a menu to use up items like cheese, cranberry sauce, nuts, sausage meat and pastry:

Cheese, Leek and Thyme Risotto with Bacon Topper

Sausage, Nut and Chutney Wreath

Easy Cranberry and Shortbread ‘Cheesecake’

The recipes were republished on Chloe’s food blog where there are many other handy recipes to be found.
