Menu of the Month – January
Did you know our very own Chloe Edges was commissioned to write the My WI January Menu of the Month?
The theme was Christmas/New Year leftovers and Chloe came up with a menu to use up items like cheese, cranberry sauce, nuts, sausage meat and pastry:
Starter
Cheese, Leek and Thyme Risotto with Bacon Topper
Main
Sausage, Nut and Chutney Wreath
Dessert
Easy Cranberry and Shortbread ‘Cheesecake’
The recipes were republished on Chloe’s food blog where there are many other handy recipes to be found.
