Do you remember the cocktail masterclass back in March? Its a little hazy for many of us if we’re honest and our recipe notes certainly got sketchier as the night went on!

As we’re fully into BBQ and summer cocktail season (and days ending in a ‘y’), here is a handy reminder of the cocktail recipes shown to us by the lovely Chris Dennis of Disrepute in Soho.

Pornstar Martini

Serves One

35ml Vodka
10ml Vanilla Sugar Syrup
1/2 Passion Fruit (skin removed)
25ml Funkin Passion Fruit

Garnish: Shot of sparkling wine

Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain and serve in a martini glass. The remaining half passion fruit can be floated in the drink. Serve with the shot of sparking wine.

 

Boozy Punch

Serves Six

400ml St Germain
250ml White Rum
250ml Lemon Juice
100ml Sugar Syrup
500ml Soda Water

Garnish: Peach

Stir all ingredients together in a large jug. Serve in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with Peach.

 

 

Virgin Punch

Serves Six

300ml Funkin White Peach
300ml Pmegranate Juice
300ml Lemon Juice
100ml Sugar Syrup
500ml Soda Water

Garnish: Lemon Slices

Stir all ingredients together in a large jug. Serve in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with Lemon.

 

 

Pendennis Club

Serves One

40ml Gin
20ml Apricot Liquor
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
5ml Peychaud’s Bitters

Garnish: Orange Penny (a round sliver of rind)

Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain and serve in a martini or hurricane glass. Garnish with the Orange rind penny.

 

 

Grasshopper

Serves One

30ml White Cacao
30ml Green Drème de Menthe
20ml Milk
20ml Double Cream

Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain and serve in a martini or hurricane glass.
