We are super excited about meeting Fergus Jackson next month, owner of the Brick House bakery, recently named one of London’s Top 5 Bakeries and whose Peckham Rye loaf was awarded the equivalent of an Oscar!

Fergus will give an introduction about how the Brick House Bakery started and his particular interest in working with sourdough. He will demonstrate his folding technique which you can have a go at and you can take your loaf away with you to bake at home.

If you make bread at home and need some help to improve your bake, bring your loaf along on the night and Fergus will give you some tips!
