The evening will be a social events where we can chat, get to know each other and exchange information of events we had during the year or other events. Each WI has a couple of minutes to give a short report on what they have done during the year and what they can recommend. There will be either a speaker or a quiz – subject to confirmation.
No entry fee! There will be tea & coffee on arrival for those who wish to have some (donations into the honesty box). The club operates a bar at which alcoholic and soft drinks can be purchased by WI members. The prices are below the usual pub/bar prices.
We ask each member to please bring some food (finger food, nibbles, etc.) as most of us will come straight from work and we can share this while we socialise. It hasn’t got to be anything fancy. (Kirsten will provide paper plates, cutlery and napkins.)
